Sletten Construction is proud to be 100% Employee-Owned. Our distinctive ownership structure empowers each Employee-Owner to make an impact and holds them accountable to perform at their very best. It is important to us that we meet your project goals.

Sletten is a member of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership. Employees are encouraged to attend seminars, conferences and webinars to gain and share knowledge throughout the company. Communication of this unique benefit and the value ESOPs present as a qualified retirement plan that is recognized and regulated by the federal government, are conveyed by the company's ESOP Committee consisting of Employee-Owners, quarterly ESOP newsletters, and yearly ESOP events company-wide.

As Employee-Owners, each of us has a personal stake in the outcome of your project – not only financially, but professionally.
